Today ill be doing my P3 V3 gauge install, will let u guys know if it interferes
with the Reflex in any way.
Do you have an idrive display? You can get a lot better info with the MHD gauges displayed there.

Hello, I am aware of those devices, I will definitely be doing an install of one soon. I did the P3 gauge because in order to get MHD on my I drive I will have to be sending it through my phone, correct? If so this would mean I can only do that one thing at the time, so I wouldn't be able to stream music or even take a call without interruption. I prefer to have a separate monitoring system that'll always be there and always be functional, When I need to log I will be using my wireless dongle and my tablet without having to hijack the entertainment!
No I believe the unit he used has Android built in as well.
Gauge install complete, no effect on ReFlex but it fights with anything that is connected to the OBD port simultaneously ' cause I choose to hard wire mine in.........didn't know the F22 had exhaust temperature monitoring!

This is on all the time. No phone required.
Ok, so after reading a bit I'ver realized that your set up is just a video controller that goes "upstream" of the factory scren and the mini computer becomes another input after the factory head unit. The whole concept is pretty clever and cool at the same time. The total cost of both components is actually more than the car link kit but it seems more flexible so I think it is an extremly viable option.

My box only had MHL and not HDMI ports which made it slightly less ideal, the bulk of the package is also not ideal but it is a pretty solid setup once installed. The Android screens are a bit cleaner however the software they come with is trash. It's a bit of a pick your poison situation.

Do you mind posting the name of your tuner? I'm considering switching over to Ecutek (for another issue im having with MHD) and I'd like to have this set up om my N55.
