I have a WOT box that I have been holding off on installing after seeing talks of MHD NLS. Anyone have a realistic ETA? Months, 6 months, year?

I doubt you will get any kind of legit idea on an ETA. We've now been waiting on Flexfuel for over a year since first announced. I had thought it was going to be released right after Christmas, but that has come and past.

We can hope that perhaps NLS will be part of flex fuel, but you never know.'

Flex fuel is in the giveaway lineup already and was reserved by Jake a couple months ago.

Just install the WOTbox, it's going to do exactly the same thing, and you won't have to wait. There is still no a real anti-lag/launch control option for these cars, and please do not tell me that anti-lag we currently have is even worth using. Real anti-lag does multiple things to spool the turbos, not just fool the computer into retarding timing. This might help slightly in a roll race (debatable), it will do absolutely nothing at the line to build boost. Once someone comes up with a real launch control/anti-lag scheme in the DME which should not be very difficult the platform will move forward quickly with 1/4 ET's

The MHD implementation is much safer than a WOTBox, hands down. The reasons why will be detailed when the time comes.

You can use the WOTBox in the time being if you want, up to you.

Also, the launch control / anti-lag scheme was written from scratch by me. With the initial rough version, Xona Rotor 9567 builds about 32psi in 2 seconds on the line. There's a few videos floating around of this. When Chris gets his new clutch installed we can take a few more. Clutch took a beating during all the NLS testing, holding 20psi+ between gears.

Its much safer than WOTbox? Jake, you cannot make claims like that, and not elaborate. Much safer how? The WOTbox simply interupts spark to cause a 2step, and NLS effect. Honestly there is ZERO dangeous about that. That you say you have a real launch control/anti-lag scheme with literally nothing to back it up. Reminds me of the guy that claimed 1000WHP, then went out, and ran slower than an 800WHP full weight car. Maybe you know him? You know what they say, claims without results....

Lol. You know what happens when you interrupt a charging coil? Does the WOTBox know when a coil is charging? No. Does the DME? Yes. Immediately safer. /thread.

As for anti-lag, like I said...there is video proof out there in a few places. Have a good day!

I was under the assumption that there are a few features on the shelf that are already done/tested/packaged and are waiting for encryption to be completed so that all these features could be safely let into the wild at once.

I know that statement hasn't been official, but based on reading several threads across multiple forums that is the impression I was given.

If you say so sir. When are you guys going to hire someone to define tables that actually knows what he is doing? I just saw a thread were you were talking about this in 2015, saying you had most of the tables figured out. Literally 2015, so it took you 3 years to go from " I have most of this figured out" to there is a few videos floating around? No wonder this platform is in the stone ages, and my 2017 FWD GTI is faster down the strip than 95% of the N54's. Until we get someone who can work faster than a snails pace we will be stuck where we are. If the big hold is encryption like some say. That is even more embarrassing. Other platforms figure out how to protect their features very quickly. /thread Carry on

I do and that’s the reason I am waiting on this MHD/flash solution. Back on topic is there any update on the ETA yet? A bunch of us with the smart coil setups are looking forward to this!

You are so clueless it's hilarious. You think the DME just magically does all this new stuff by finding magic tables? Do you even have the slightest understanding of the complexity of writing such low level code? Rhetorical question.

When did you start making turbos? Before 2015, I know that. And you still can't make a reliable one. Your ST kit will be the most reliable thing you sell.

Jake, just to be clear. My 5 years of Wotbox usage has killed a total of 0 coils, and damaged a total of 0 motors. Good thing you have solved that dangerous problem for us! Now back to, you told people in public you had this figured out in 2015, here we are in 2018, and you still have nothing. Man you work fast! /thread

You sure you don't want to listen to VTT's infinite knowledge, that there is "ZERO dangerous"???
What should I do captain, he called out that I said I almost had this figured out 3 years ago, and we still do not have a working products. Shields up!!! DEFLECT, DEFLECT, DEFLECT! Point out typos if you have to, JUST DEFLECT DAMNIT!!!

Three years ago? Do you not understand math either? Dumbass. Also, nowhere did I say I was done or had it figured out. I said I had work to do. I then realized it was a bad solution as the DME didn't have everything built in that I needed, so I started learning how to disassemble and write better code myself. Not sure what your point is. You've spent 5-10yrs and still make the same shitty turbos.

The fact is no one else has it figured out in the DME. All the other stuff is really an incomplete solution so I’ll be waiting for J to finish. If he or someone else doesn’t get it done I simply won’t buy it and go without. @Tony@VargasTurboTech im trying hard to like you and I do but man you make it hard. I know it doesn’t matter to you but it makes me disinclined to buy your gear.

Tony will argue with anyone, about anything. Tony is the infinite knowledge of everything N54 related. Absolute joke, will someone please take the childs computer away? I think he's had it long enough. Can't make a turbo that lasts as long as his mouth will run.
