This Is what I got when sign in with my MHD
!! Bad credentials!! WTF!!

Are you using a saved password? Type the password in manually. I found that saving the password resulted in saving asterisks.

Besides, don't use mhd login. Use one of the other social login options such as Google.

Question! Why I can’t buy a new license for my ios! It tells me I need a voucher! No license to buy in the ios!!!

Can you try clearing data on the MHD app and Chrome? This way you're starting from scratch.

I just did mine this morning and it was completely seamless. Updated MHD on the Android device, when I opened it asked me to log in, clicked "Google account", it forwarded me to open in Chrome, done. Then when I opened the IOS device my licenses were there.

Can you try clearing data on the MHD app and Chrome? This way you're starting from scratch.

I just did mine this morning and it was completely seamless. Updated MHD on the Android device, when I opened it asked me to log in, clicked "Google account", it forwarded me to open in Chrome, done. Then when I opened the IOS device my licenses were there.
It was easy for you because you probably were not panicking and using up all the exclamation points on the interwebs.

It was also pretty easy for me once the Android app updated, it loaded the lic and then moved to iOS.

What a prick you’re! You can’t even answer a question. Where to buy the MHD licenses in the ios , because It says you need a voucher! If you can’t answer the question you shouldn’t be here!

Okay. Don't use the mhd login. Try again but click the Google login option.

Please take a video of what you are doing. You appear to be opening chrome and trying to log in there. That is wrong. You need to open the MHD app and click the LOGIN button inside the MHD app. Then on the next screen you see, choose a social login method.

Didn’t want to start a new thread as I’m having the same exact issue. MHD app crashes on my Android device since the update so I can’t transfer the license to my iPhone.

Didn’t want to start a new thread as I’m having the same exact issue. MHD app crashes on my Android device since the update so I can’t transfer the license to my iPhone.

This is after you click login or after you login with a social login?

Do you happen to have a different android device? The login only needs to occur one time and it doesn't matter which android device you use, precluding any compatibility issues.

I think there’s an issue with some of the older android devices. Just like the OP the updated version crashes when you tap the app icon. You never make it to a login page. I purchased an open box Samsung Tab A was able to login to the updated MHD and updated my licenses in a matter of minuets.

So. I figured out my freezing issue. Apparently this has been clogging up my ram and my hard drive

I am deleting most of these. What can I do to stop this happening again. I was deleting them, with the app closed and new ones were popping up.

22GB Holy.. What you hiding in there? 4k movies? :grinning: Mines about a 1GB with 900 files. Were you running out of storage space? Maybe just delete the debug folder let it start a fresh. Then see how it runs.

Might want to ask @jyamona if that data is useful. I'd suspect it's being generated because something is occurring on your device that may be noteworthy.

I could do literally nothing longer than 10 seconds with any app before it froze. I had negative space open on my hard drive. I deleted the app completely and re downloaded. I now have 23gb free on my device. 🥴

going to see if the folder starts building up again

Whoops. I’m really doubting this should be this large on iPhone too

is anyone else noticing huge file sizes on either device?

We are going to add a process that cleans that folder periodically. If there is a reproduceable issue we only usually need the most recent *.enc debug files anyway.

works for me, it was just weird because I had some individual files as large as 900mb on the android. almost a gig for a single file seems insane.

I won't call it a bug, but a feature request to go back/give the option to have just a large number display for gauges. I will say the "issue" is that even on a 10" tablet, the new gauge with only a single style has such small numbers that it's not easily visible when glancing at it. I know this isn't a priority, but I doubt I am the only user that would have this request.
