Or a 535lph ... on an EKPM2, possibly. Thanks for testing this out. Seems like 2 pumps deff a requirement. This is cutting it too close.
Think a single 535 is enough to support a shotgun or helix?Or a 535lph ... on an EKPM2, possibly.

Depending on what you are trying to do on power targets ( = fuel consumption). @martymil is running straight gas and maybe a small splash of ethanol (don't recall) on a double shotgun.Think a single 535 is enough to support a shotgun or helix?
Did you have to change your ekpm to bmp4 or did you do any coding for the 535 fuel pump upgrade?I'm running e40 on a 535 20 psi with a custom di pump I'm testing atm, no issues on the 535 with no pressure dip on the lpfp
I am upgrading my fuel setup. Old setup was dual 450 pumps. The primary pump died on me and i am replacing it with 295 and keeping the secondary as 450. Where should the inline filter go to? Also i still have the ekpm2 , shoukd i upgrade to the epkm3 and if so i have protool, how did you fix the voltage error?Stock ekp3

thanks a lot Marty
When are we going to hear more about this custom di pump? Reading statements like that excites me!
No. The EKPM2 is better for running the bigger amperage pumps. That's been worked through on this forum. Stick with what you have and upgrade to the 535lph pump. You are good to go.Also i still have the ekpm2 , shoukd i upgrade to the epkm3 and if so i have protool, how did you fix the voltage error?
Should i remove the In tank fuel regulator on the driver side so it won’t restrict flow ? Maybe add an external filter and regulator like pfs offer for $200 instead the $599 hat from precision? I am just trying to get it done now since the pumps are out now and tackle everything.No. The EKPM2 is better for running the bigger amperage pumps. That's been worked through on this forum. Thanks
The factory reg wont restrict flow but they do fail quickly once a big pump is installed.
Do your self a favour and run an external one with a return line and plug the factory reg with a bolt with some Teflon gas tape on the thread.
