64/66 top mount single turbo
dual walbro 450 low pressures
new regulator in the last 5k miles
new lpfp sensor in the last 5k miles
currently on my 4th high pressure fuel pump (smh..)
ekpm3 upgrade (given by a friend, been working fine for the last year or so)

I am and have been plagued with constant fuel issues and heres the newest and most confusing one. I could not find any info on this anywhere else so im asking here.

today I took out my stage 3 lpfp and rebuilt it hoping that something was broken and to no avail, everything looks completely normal and both pumps sound healthy.

below is the message I sent to my tuner, he was also gobsmacked by this and doesnt know what it could be.

my low pressure fuel seems to oscillate like crazy and cause my hpfp to drop. the car starts and idles just fine, the only issue is when I try to accelerate. if I try to accelerate normally, I watch the lpfp psi go crazy and range from 30psi to 140psi. I even removed the harness/relay for the hobbs switch on the second pump and attached the testing loop so I could have my main pump running and the second pump running at 100% constantly (BOTH PUMPS RUNNING) and the same thing still happens. Ive thought it could be my low pressure sensor but it wouldnt make sense because I replaced it in the last 5 thousand miles. I have also replaced the fuel pressure regulator in the last 5k, same with 2 new pumps for the duel lpfp setup in the last 5k. ive tried a different ekp and the same thing still happens. it was running fine until I tried to accelerate on an on ramp one day and gave me a cylinder injection cutout code and over the course of 24 hours, it got to this point and has been like this for about a week now. the only code ive gotten that could help diagnose is low pressure fuel sensor electric but it only popped up once.

below are 2 logs of me driving on the highway with my second pump running at 100% along with my main pumps normal operation. I dont see why the low pressure is going crazy and dropping my hpfp to around 400 psi when im giving it around 10% throttle. my single turbo n54 is currently struggling to keep up with normal traffic

as you might guess, I cant upload any logs of WOT because I just cant go wot without getting cylinder injection cutout. like stated, I struggle to maintain highway speed without misfiring like a glock with a switch

This definitely sounds like an issue regarding a low-pressure fueling sensor somewhere. Even though you replaced the mentioned sensors, they could still prematurely fail, if recently installed, or fail when you'd least expect it, if it's been working good for a while. To really rule things out, I'd try replacing the LPFP sensor one more time along with the EKP. You can either try another EKPM3 or give it a shot with an EKPM2. I have the EKPM2 and have yet to deal with any issues for the 2 years now that I've been running upgraded LPFP setup. From that point, just double check all of your connections / grounds and reset adaptations once more to see if that helps too. Keep us updated
