Was so many people I only got 2 runs. Not really enough to get a good idea about track condition, but enough to know it was horseshit ... rain for the last 3 days will tend to do that.
But on the good news, car felt strong and I had pretty fair reaction times. LOL

Cars are in the low 110k range now and they pull a great 10.8-10.3 1/4 time. Nm that they are great in every application. Hurracan is nice but lacks performance of mp4 compared to the 100k difference in price. With 80 month financing. Then its a better trade off monthly.

These cars are assholes 11s on stock turbos with 2 sec 60s meanwhile 1.7 and high 12s it just makes no sense any other car a tenth in the 60 is good for 3 up top

Yeah tell me about it. Been to the drag strip 3 times since fitting GCs. New best time is 11.75 because I couldn't get the launch right.

Trap speed was up to 129 though. Had a really good launch of a 1.8 one time but then had a misfire in 4th and 5th and only did 12.0@123

Decided to try the R888R now. Not sure when they'll actually get to see a drag strip though.
Currently getting to the limit on my Federal RS-RR. They've been great on the road. Lots of grip.

Use the car as a daily. I can justify some R888Rs that I can use on the road and the strip. Some drag radials I can't use on the road are a bit harder to justify. First 2 years I went about 25 times but only been once in the last 12 months.

I just cut a 1.6 first pass with stock turbos last week, leaving easy only 2k brake boost since the brakes couldn't hold and it started to do a burnout at the tree lol, I need to re install my e brake so i can launch at 2.8k. Auto car on 15s I'm sure I could easily get a 1.5

Do you have theory on what keeps going wrong or have you gotten good use out of each? Also sorry to hear that I am almost scared to do compression test to see if my high rpm stft deviation could be dying cylinder

I think it may have run out of fuel. I was having issues with the stage 2+ from vadar keeping up at 30 psi. Ive been waiting a few weeks for the extra pump/hoses. I should have turned the boost down. I used twisted tune on this motor. Which was going good. I had a boost leak. Fixed the leak and did not reset the FF. I got some overboost (35 psi)and misfires. Then blew some mosfets. After it was all repaired again. I installed new pr coils and new index 12 injectors. I was still getting misses. I had a rough idle after clearing misfire codes. So i pulled plugs and seen oil on number 4 cyl.

Here’s my car
E90 auto open diff
Stock turbos, intercooler, downpipes,stage 2 lpfp, mhd ots e40 tune, stalled converter

Going back next week with less weight and custom tune to run 10’s

But my best 60ft that night was 1.62
Car dead hooks. It just doesn’t have enough power to push it any faster to the 60ft mark, I’ll have better times in the following week

Thanks man, stock suspension, tire is a M/T et street pro 275/60r15 ,this is the first time car has been to the track since I rebuilt the stock motor. Should hit 10’s in the next week. I leave at 3000-3200. It leaves hard as hell. But like I said the ots map isn’t enough to get me any faster that’s why I’m going custom tune.

Custom tune might see you get another 4 mph tops I'd say. Will be tough to get into 10's on stockers. Very difficult.

Wonder if over time all the power has simply ovalled the cylinder?
I do worry about going much over 25 psi on hybrids.

Custom tune might see you get another 4 mph tops I'd say. Will be tough to get into 10's on stockers. Very difficult.
Great result tough. The MT tires are working great.

I don’t think it will be hard, mind you my car has ALOT of more weight to shed, keep that in mind. Roughly another 300lbs I can take out which rounds out .3 off my current time.
