So I replaced the clutch and flywheel on my e82 135i. Everything is almost done, however I’m having a hell of a time getting it back flushed to the engine. I placed a piece of wood under the front of the pan and above sway bar. No luck, I’m aggravated and don’t what to do please help.

I'd double check your clutch alignment (with tool) is good. It's probably an input shaft alignment issue ... takes some patience (I know it is frustrating). You want to work the angles and wiggle. Helps if you have a second person on the jack for the trans so you can work jiggling the trans while someone else plays with the angle of latch up.

make sure its aligned, you need more than just a block, use your jack IMO. also use a trans jack if your not already, and as you roll the trans into place toss it in gear and rotate the output shaft/wiggle it around until the splines line up.

Lube the input shaft and the dowl pins, wiggle, shake and push all at the same time lol. Whatever you do, dont suck the trans in with the bolts. Double check clutch alignment

1. use a tranny jack with wheels and adjustable plate
2. on manuals, there is a special clutch alignment tool to keep the parts aligned for re-assembly...
https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-bmw-parts/clutch-alignment-tool/83300495449/
3. if the alignment dowels were damaged, they should be changed too.

if you have all these things, it is a matter of careful maneuvering to align and re-install.
