I sent them to PRE in Illinois. After the poor customer service by the VVT group, I looked into a non bias builder who knew Mitsubishi turbos. I read up on PRE and what they specialized in. These guys build race engines for Subaru. I sent him my chras and 14t kit. He done a complete assembly, his communication was alway promptly replied, and was honest. I'll grab some pics.
