EFR7670 bottom mount.. My new ST kit

After my custom Vband bottom mount kit its time for something new. Bottom mount, short runner T4 twinscroll manifold for Borg Warner EFR7670 turbo. Manifold is 95% ready. View attachment 16564 View attachment 16566

How much did the manifold run you?

We decide to do it with two WGs, because we have concerns it could creep with one 44mm with the short runner manifold. About the price, i dont know how it will cost to me, because the guy have to compesate me for screwing my whole summer, but i asked him how much will cost another one and it will be 1700usd. Ohh and the dumps will be recirculated.

If he can deliver on time people will pay and wait. He would probably be faster than some vendors on this platform.

The car is up and runnig fron a month, but have problems with AFR readings may br from the too long o2 sensors spacers. We will cut them these days and try again.

Only takes like twenty minutes to re route that wiper fluid filler neck. Makes for a much cleaner install and you won't get melted plastic all over your shiny new parts!

^ This. That neck WILL melt there. Gold tape or not. Looks like your 02's are at a 45* to exhaust flow (not ideal) and make sure the 02 sensor orifice is facing exhaust flow. Align that orifice up with dimple in spacer.

Not sure if this is E82 specific or not, but here's what I did. Has held up for a year now with no issues and looks a lot cleaner. With my top mount, this thing would have been toast if I'd left it.

The 02 spacer should have a hole in one side and that side should face the exhaust flow. You 02 sensor should screw into spacer. There's a dimple on top of spacer to mark where hole is.

Great to see another 7670 setup taking shape. Any update with the car running and dialed in?

I recently switched back to JB4 for boost control. The boostbox just wasn’t all the reliable on my car for whatever reason. Sometimes you get full boost sometimes you don’t. Never figured out why.

Hi, we dialed in the car with Trebilla to around 21psi pump gas. I am lazy to fine tune the duty bias. Ill post logs later, but i have to dyno it.

Curious to see the dyno results. I dynoed my last spring with a buggy boostbox that was constantly underboost and still get 450whp on a Mustang dyno.

Random one, like i said duty bias is not dialed in and its 4th gear log. I like 3rd gear one more, but there is no traction for more then 12psi now in the cold.
