On another note I e come up with a way to keep the turbo charger circulation pump ..
The pump will take suction off the discharge header of the main engine pump , push the coolant through the turbos and empty into the block, reverse to the S55 but same as the N55 flow. This addition will eliminate the need to have it coded out, provide higher cooling flow and allow the after switch off cooling (not sure if the N55 did that too) either way it’s a win win I my humble opinion, the only negative is that I had to cut up and modify the water delivery pipe yet again
Once I receive the intercooler pump I’ll be doing a similar configuration, the hot water from the intercooler will go to the original pump which will then pump it through the coolers , from there both outlets from the coolers will join into one -16AN hose to feed the Davies Craig EWP 135, as above this will boost the flow through the cooling system to improve its performance.
