Complete E92 M3 rear end swap into 335IS... stay with XHP or go M3 GTS software???

Everything is finished! Thank you everyone for the help! The rotors were warped from the doner m3 so making noise got new ones coming from rock auto didn’t want to pay the outrages OEM prices. Going to the track this week hoping for 10s and near 140 trap. Previous best 137 at 11.08 on street tires. Should be easy now.

Yes I coded out the E diff and the brake overheating!

Awesome work! I've been looking at doing this swap for a while now. So what are your thoughts on it now that it's done? How do you like the solid bushings, and the one piece driveshaft? I'd love to see a full review now that you've had a little time to enjoy it!

What is the lowest final drive available for the M3 diff ? Lowest i could find is 2.93, which is still too short for my taste.
I would love to have a 2.81

2.81's were used in mid to late 90's 840ci's. 2.65's were available too in certain 8 series cars. All the older v8 cars used large diffs with 210mm gears and are interchangeable with E9x M3 diffs. The problem now is finding them, they're extremely hard to find. I've been running a 2.81 in my M3 diff with M3 GTS software for a few years now with no issue. And you have low and high reversed, 2.81 is higher, 3.15 is lower.
