Clutch Options: Spec 3+ or MFactory Twin

I'll still be right under 600 tq on this current setup. What I'm looking is if I can get a Motiv for $1400, is it worth the extra $200-$300 more to have a clutch that will hold far more than I need at the moment. The car is no longer daily driven.

It may be more than you need at the moment...but how long are you going to stay in the moment? I did not think that I'd turn my MMPs up to 30psi - and here I am, running them at 30psi.

How does the Motiv twin disc feel for daily driving? Do the twin discs in general make more noise than a regular full face? Clutch pedal really heavy? Sprung?

I'd spring for an M factory setup. Well received in the Honda Challenge scene, if I ever get back into a 335 I'd go right for one. Love their single mass flywheel.

So is the fix for the noise of the twin disk just to raise the idle a bit to pick up the trans slack/tolerance??

yes raise idle to 850 to 900 rpm

Does rasing the RPM on after market clutches eliminate the chatter for good?

no but it does minimise it al lot which you can hardly hear
