I picked up a batch of 50 215mm bracket pieces from the CNC shop yesterday. I’m working on getting everything welded then off to the powdercoating shop. The cuts look great. I had to make a slight adjustment to the 188mm test bracket and I’m sending off the second prototype this week for fitment verification. After fitment is good I’ll place the CNC order for those.

Here are some pictures of a custom DEFIV adapter that I’m building. It will bolt up to the existing DEFIV lockdown bar but it will also have my cross bar welded on for secondary subframe support. Ask about custom work and I’ll let you know what I can do!

I dropped off a batch of brackets to the powdercoating shop yesterday and they’re backed up so it could be a few weeks before they’re ready to ship. In the mean time if anyone wants to source their own coating you can send me a message or email and I can send you a raw steel bracket for $107 shipped. I’ve been shipping close to one bracket a day so far and have had nothing but great reviews from my customers on fitment and performance. Thanks everyone for all of your business and support!

The 188mm revision 2 bracket and jig got completed last night and is getting sent for test fitment today. As long as everything is perfect I’ll start production next week of a batch of 50.

So the defiv hooks on where exactly and which is better?
The defiv bracket arm hooks onto the empty bolt hole on the right. Its possibly overkill to have both systems together and I discussed that with my customer. I highly doubt that anything more than my smaller bracket is needed to stabilize the differential but ask and you shall receive. This would be for anyone wanting to go above and beyond and also why I’m keeping it as made to order instead of having them in stock currently.

While I respect what's being done here, I have to ask... how many of these people with all this wheel hop actually have adequate shocks with rebound dialed in?
As I stated in my original post I believe the differential bushings and subframe bushings are the actual culprit of the wheel hop. The shocks are also part of it. This does for sure help to stiffen up the rear end and I’ve been running mine for around 3 years and have an LSD and bushings.

Good news for everyone looking forward to a 188mm bracket for their AT car. I finally have a master bracket and I’m making the jig and placing the CNC order tomorrow. I have 40 215mm brackets done and at the powdercoating shop now. Progress is going in the right direction.

The custom bracket was for me (335is with man's transmission).

You all are right, it is overkill, and I do not have the rest of the suspension sorted. It's all stock at 45k miles. But if I'm going to do something, I do it right the first time. And more support points is never a bad thing, especially with some users having broke the welded brackets (Not necessarily Clark's).

I'll sort my suspension eventually, but my budget will be fairly significant, so that's going to wait.

The bracket is phenomenal. It fit perfect, install was a breeze. He only needed to include hardware for the new bolt provisions, yet he provided bolts for everything. His hardware is also of much higher quality than his competitors, the bolts all had serrated flanges, not just flat washers. Overall I'm super happy, his price and lead time were great too!

Definitely reccomended. Thanks again!

Just picked up my CNC order for the 188mm brackets this morning. I’ll start welding tomorrow and should have them to the powdercoating shop this week. 215mm brackets are getting picked up tomorrow and are ready to ship Monday. I’ll post pics of how they came out tomorrow. Message or email me for orders.
