Pretty interested in the black powdercoat combo tank. Would 100% require stock coolant sensor integration. Any downsides?

Well upper return hose is shorter but lower feed is about the same length. Cant keep oem sensoe, but i do have a e36 sensor that i use. Works with oem plug just need a minor trim to the guide feed plastic on the connector

Yes, its a physical float style sensor, so once it gets low enough that the float drops to set off the light

Ill get a better pic installed tomorrow. But will fit all E90/e92/e93/e82 cars. Hose routing theres 3 ways. You can replace the hose going from old res to thermostat completely, or you can cut and add in a union, or how I have it is I have it TEE'd into the heater core hose by steering shaft.
