335i E92 - Overboost issue

This 335i has just had new 17T turbos etc installed.
3.5 Tmap etc.

It already had an over boost issue with stock TMAP and turbos, which hasn't magically been solved.
What I do notice is that the WG Duty is extremely low for the boost level.
Boost Mean shows over 30psi and there is a big throttle closure due to over boost.

Anyone come across this issue before?

I'm no expert and only tune my own. But that tune doesn't look good imo.

3.5bar doesn't seem to be set up right?

3000rpm - 20psi and 7dgree timing, Massive torque spike, Rods are screaming. timing corrections across all cyl.

Yeah it isn't great.
But Stage 2+ on stock turbos was doing something odd too, (stock TMAP at the time)

Looks like the wastegates are stuck shut, good idea to check the wastegate plumbing, solenoids, etc

My wild guess would be that your tune is off, however i had overboost issues with my previous set of cheap ebay turbos, because the wastegate arms werent adjusted correctly. My overboost issues however magically diseappeared after changing my turbos to td04 19t with properly adjusted wastegates. Maybe check for the simplest solution, which probably would be to check your vacuum system for leaks. What i do to check that everything works fine is pulling the vacuum line of the vacuum chamber and see if the wastegate is moving. Bank 1 is a bit difficult to see but with a mirror its possible.
