Ran into another wall during install, got the pump mounted and the fuel and coolant lines done so basically the "last" step was getting the belt on. I was under the impression that the kit would come would a slightly longer belt to accommodate for the extra pulley... I was wrong its noted that the stock belt included will work. While I see that yes it can work, why not include a longer belt that would be a better fit so you don't have to max out the tensioner in order to get the belt on.I was very close to having it on when I heard something snap, thought it was my breaker bar ended up being the tensioner itself if that's shows you how much tq is needed to get this belt on. Small update, I've been back home for 2 weeks so not much has been done. Started tuning with Ken @ wedge performance which has been going great so far, finally ran the wastegate lines and installed the Vader solutions turbo snout. Just trying to get the car ready for tx2k in 23 days which kinda snuck up on me. Within these next 2 weeks I plan to have a bigger fuel pump installed and the 15s fitted to the car and hopefully fully tuned.

Not sure what belt brand you would like to use, but the original OE length is 73". Dayco offers a 73.5" belt and a 75" belt with the same amount of ribs. You can try either of those belts. They are both longer, just have to find which would work better with the additional pulley. Part numbers for those are 5070735 and 5070750.
So you snapped the pulley with the new belt they supplied? I bought new upper and lower pulley as well as tensioner since I figured, why not. About to tackle this in a few days.
Yes but it went on fine with the new tensioner, still hard to get on there but it didn't snap lol. Good luck on the install you'll enjoy it.
Exciting day as I finally ordered the brake setup to get the 15s fitted, my car is blowing the tires off (265 federal rsrr) on only 17psi.
Tackled something that I haven't seen much of if anything on with the hpfp. There's a rubber o ring/filter in the fuel inlet of the pump which seems like it would kill a lot of flow at higher fuel pressure. I removed it so I'll be able to tell with the logs. It's recommended to do this if installing the shotgun pump as it hurts flow especially when spinning the pump faster at high rpms.
Hopefully a big update next week as I get the wheels on and get further along with tuning.

It looks cool but that's about all it does. Turbo noises are also pretty sweet without a filter but not worth it imo. Why not run a filter to protect that beautiful turbo/motor? It's not going to hurt flow at all.
This build is absolutely badass by the way.
I'm assuming this is still the stock pump with 55k so for the filter to look how it does im assuming it doesn't do much of anything though I could be wrong. It's noted in the vtt instructions to be removed though.
Got some logs to show the before/after of the rail pressure with the restrictive filter removed as suggested by vtt and my tuner as well. Spinning the pump at this rate the filter really becomes a huge restriction in the higher rpms with logs to prove it as well.
These logs are on the same tank of gas, E50 Mix.
The first logs that show the pump "crashing" hard were from my first revision of tuning. THE ONLY changes made from the first rev to second rev was the load request which was increased by 10 from 158 to 168. You can see in the before logs the load request of 158 and boost of 18psi the rail pressure dipping to below 1500psi @6800 rpm. The logs with the filter removed show a higher load request of 168 and boost of 21.5 psi with the rail pressure staying above 2400psi @6800 rpm. Just wanted to point that out to show with the filter removed and more load added the rail pressure is still much better than before.

Kind of hard to see where you're marking at, the lines are squished and you've got several marks there. I assume you did that since its hard to pin point the exact spot. Mind if you send me the CSV? This is with shotgun deactivated right?
Yes it's kind of hard to pin point on a phone lol, I figured rpm would show enough but I'll send the file over. And this is just the single barrel shotgun so it's always active.
Here is the same chart, but on SpoolStreet's Beta datalog charting feature. The lines aren't smooshed down and is a little more meaningful. Regarding the log, the lowest rail pressure gets with the single shotgun with no filter, is 1700 psi at 7110 RPM at 21.9 PSI of boost. This is far better than the stock HPFP.
