Problems happen after videos are made. What content are you putting out?And so I have it clear, you're saying your 500+ hp tune you were bragging about wasn't holding steady fuel pressure? Again, we come back to the clickbait.
You apparently are not clear, that was months ago. Do you own a N55? What's it making? And so I have it clear, you're saying your 500+ hp tune you were bragging about wasn't holding steady fuel pressure? Again, we come back to the clickbait.
Lol dude posted about an older video and said I didn't know what 500whp was. Keep in mind I've never shared one of my videos on here. I didn't even know about this forum until someone pointed out on Facebook that my video was shared here. I am not sharing anything else. You guys can do like everyone else and leave questions in the YouTube comments and I'll see if I can get it themSo post what you have now, w current catalog, and current mod list. No interest in following old irrelevant videos. It doesn't matter what "content" this community is "putting out", your content is what's under scrutiny, mostly because of your attitude and responses to questions.
You're coming across butt hurt.

LOL. Typical N54/N55 BMW crowd completely crapping on anyone trying something new. Dude showed the gains, provided data, and everyone is shitting down his throat - why not keep the discussion technical and see if this is a mod that is worthwhile for others?
OP - Keep in mind this audience will argue over oil weight or intercooler effeciency for 26 pages.
I have plenty of data. 52 dyno runs worth plus street pulls. You guys taught me very quickly it's not even worth sharing lol. Be good buddy
This isn't confined to just the N54/N55 crowd. In fact it happens everywhere, I just saw a comment today from a ~40 year old woman in my C7 group drop a huge shit on the new C8's looks lol.
There are a lot of people that believe just because they have a point, they feel like they can approach things with less respect. It is a form of elitism and is very common in luxury brands and at the core of things it is similar to why BMW drivers have the stereotype of not using or not believing they need to use turn signals.
There are a couple factors that can influence the amount of timing the car can request, so a couple degrees difference between pulls isn't out of the realm of possibility. When you're talking about a 10 whp difference, its like trying to prove that DCIs or a cold air intake make power. There are various factors that can influence a pull by 10 hp the debate almost becomes one of semantics.
However in regards to the tuned aspect, I will say that I have it from a credible source who doesn't care to be involved that the 100whp gain mostly from the tuning adjustments. (Notice, there are no tuners chiming in on this thread, doesn't seem like anyone wants to touch it for whatever reason)
So your claim is that months ago you were hitting 500s, then at some point you dyno'd with 95F IATs and hit 470, then re-tuned with the cam and dyno'd with 72F IATs and were up over 500 again? Did you intentionally heat-soak for your n55 cam run, or was it not on the same day?
Generally honest people will just defend themselves with numbers and facts, not non sequiturs regarding others' content or cars.
Would ~5 degrees timing really give that type of gain though? I know a tighter overlap pushes the powerband up, so I wouldnt want to discount that as part of the results.
We already know, OP had the car re-tuned and he got 60 more hp compared to a bad run. The fact that he's inflated that to 100 and attributed it to a nearly identical cam is the silly part.we should try to understand how these gains were made.

Thats the easy answer, but I really dont think OP would purposely take a terrible run and compare it to a hero run. Whats the point? There are alot of variables, and without knowing all of the cam specs
