My battery is giving me problems and I need to replace it. Since I'm pretty electronics heavy, I figured I'd get an AGM battery this time as I think I have just a normal, lead acid battery.

I'm curious, if anyone has a brand/size they recommend. I came across this:

After core return, its $153.6 after tax.

I don't care much about the cold cranking amps, but I'm not sure I could get away with the H6. Anyone run this battery?

I am a fan of the autozone warranty.

Buy the battery, they will ask you for your information (including phone number).
Put your phone number on the battery and protect it with some clear tape.

Years go by.... pull into an autozone and give the phone number (even if you sold the car to someone else)

If it tests as bad, get a new one if the phone number validates the warranty!

I have the advanced auto parts h6 AGM battery in my car. Everything works great and I live in the Midwest with brutal winters. You should be fine if you wanted to go smaller, unless you have some ridiculous electronics that you want to run for hours without the car on.

Turns out my car was already coded for a 90 AH AGM battery, even though it had some Interstate Megatron Plus battery which seems to be an FLA. So I stuck it in, registered the battery and I'm good to go. Several module's stopped acting up when I did this.

I put advanced auto h8 agm platinum with the trt30 was cheap and is more designed for oem replacement than the non h size batteries. Also my comfort access works great and all functions stay active for long time now.sob was heavy though

I have the H8 from Advance, it did fail (voltage was fine but failed a back to back load test) after a year or so, but they replaced it no problem.

You registered and coded for agm ? Also what ah did you choose as it is fuzzy since the formulas aren't that accurate for agm.

I wonder if my possessed mirrors could be from my battery, it's almost 2 yrs old but everything else is perfect. I thought i linked it to car wash. I went to a touchless automated car wash to pre wash my car before i wash and wax to save time and my mirrors started closing and opening while driving , then it stopped and i washed car myself multiple times. Then like a lazy bastard i washed my car with the back tires up on ramps and think it let water in mirrors again or some control module cause it started again. Now I'm wondering if i should test battery cause i have seen weird stuff on german cars when battery goes low. But i will say i have been able to long flash without charger with this battery. IF my battery tests good i will update and would deff rec as an upgrade and would hope ypurs was a fluke but at least they swapped no prob.

I would get whichever one you can get for the least that is the largest. Unless you care about weight.

So seems I've been tending a shot battery. I left it off a tender for too long and I went to go crank the car and it is shot. I got a nice surprise when i went to buy the same battery, the price has gone up $100, woo hoo...
