Remove burble, then potentially someone can help.

Something wacky is going on as you reach redline. AFR, Accel Pos, Throttle Pos, and RPMs go off the charts. Boost drops to neg as does set point, Cyl2 timing jumps to 20.3. Your STFTs are off the whole run.

Personally I vote it is a hole in your fuel map:

there is no one who can help

1st: Turn off burble. Change EVERYTHING in MHD back to stock.

2nd: List ALL modifications from stock and list year make, model, transmission type, miles. Also list recent maintenance i.e. plugs and coils done 10k miles ago for instance. Or all new index 12 injectors last month.

3rd: Reset ALL adaptations. Make sure you have the most up to date MHD files. I would flash MHD stage 1(but you can do this with the stock tune) Warm the car up to 200 degree for oil. Get into 3rd gear. Log and go WOT from 2k in 3rd and then shift into 4th and get up to say 4k in 4th. Post log.

Q: Does this only happen at WOT for you?

Looks like it happens when you shift from 2nd to 3rd but not 3rd to 4th and then again 4th to 5th but you are not at WOT on the 4th to 5th shift.

I like there is a gear 18 value ;)

Cool, I found gear 97. I wonder how the log can be that jacked up?

Winner! When these 'events' occur literally everything looks bonkers. Even the AITs crash which makes no sense to me.

As it was during a twice shift all I could think of was an auto transmission slipping? I don't think I have seen a log of a slipping auto tranny. 2nd to 3rd was under load(granted at stock boost levels which are next to nothing) it did not do that on the 3rd to 4th under load and the 4th to 5th was not under load and under deacceleration with zero pedal input.

I am not some master of reading weird looking logs and helping with troubleshooting btw OP.

My vote is get a custom tune from a reputable tuner and make them trouble shoot it ;) While they don't like doing this is ends up being part of their job trying to help troubleshoot. At least from my limited experience. OP do what I said above and post a new log.

I'm suspecting an intermittent connection with your wifi adapter (or somewhere in the circuit). I'd try unplugging it and making sure the contacts are clean, and all the terminals are properly seated in the connectors (both male and female sides).

Yeah get a cable and hard wire it. Always useful to have a way to hardwire it regardless and more reliable IMO.
