Upgraded TT Engine Build

What up guys,

I've been working heavily on my 2010 135i recently. I pulled the motor, removed the valve cover and oil pan, and was pleased to see a reasonably clean engine. However, I do hope the rest of the internals look as nice.

I plan on installing JE Pistons with Molnar Rods and ARP bolts. I am not sure about the bearings yet, but I am leaning toward the ACL bearings. When I purchased the car, it already had a Stage 2 Pure Twin Turbo installed.

Below are a couple of pictures of the engines.
One of my main concerns is the rust I see on the HPFP. Also, when I purchased the car, the SES light was on for the camshaft position sensor, and there were a couple of other codes that I don't remember. I ended up having to replace the passenger-side sensor since the previous owner had stripped the bolt inside the motor (a common problem). I tapped and Drilled a hole for the sensor, and it looks to be seated fine.
