Just a quick question about timing pulls, would timing be pulled if the car is riding boost target very close. ie: taget is 20.5 and boost actual 20.1-20.4 and load actual close to load taget.

Depends how the car is tuned. You shouldn't have that problem but some tuners don't understand the torque based model so could have the target torque set lower than what would be reported at WOT so then you get issues with random timing reductions.
