Hopefully a simple question. I am storing my car (2007 BMW 335i E92) for the winter. I have it in the garage. I have a battery tender. Should i hook that up and just leave it or should i just disconnect the battery? Any other things I should do if I'm not driving it? These seem like simple questions but nothing seems to be simple with this car. Thanks in advance.

Yes leave battery tender on and make sure it's not like an 800mah tender. I'm also from the thought that a car should never sit. I'd definitely start it at least once a week and let idle for a half hour or so. As well as take it out for a highway blast on those nice days of clear roads.

All my opinions on how make the best of a bad situation lol

Unfortunately, I can't drive my car because I am not home. I do have someone to start it at least once a week and let it run.

This is the battery tender that I use: http://products.batterytender.com/Dion/Battery-TenderR-Plus.html
