At the forefront of innovation and new developments, MFactory are proud to announce our new partnership with Australian Clutch Services (ACS) and their new US market brand: XClutch USA

As one of their Master Warehouse Distributors (and their West Coast Distribution Facility), along with our own well established reputation in the Performance Drivetrain market, we believe we are in the ideal position to help XClutch USA push their new products to market.

About XClutch USA
XClutch is the American performance division of Australian Clutch Services. With over 25 years of experience, our performance kits are designed and developed to provide the ultimate clutch solution for the street or the track.

XClutch (Also known in other markets as "Xtreme Clutch") kits and components are designed and tested in-house at Australian Clutch Services which is based in South Australia. The range includes a wide variety of performance options including heavy duty, single plate road clutches all the way through to carbon clutches for time attack and drag racing. The XClutch range draws on our experiences in the Australian and European markets, but is tailored to suit the American car park and are SFI Certified.

Each kit is carefully designed to ensure it provides the attributes required for the specific vehicle use.

MFactory Single-Mass Flywheels (SMFW)

The MFactory 1pc Chromoly Single-Mass Flywheels are oem-compatible, which means they can be used with both the oem clutch or an oem-flywheel compatible aftermarket clutch.

Made from imported Japanese SAE 4140 Steel. These are Forged, Double Tempered and Super Sub-Zero treated for unsurpassed toughness, with a proprietary surface treatment for increased surface hardness.

Whilst not as light as some Aluminium Flywheels available on the market, this was done on purpose in order to reduce the amount of rattle that will occur during idle (this rattle sound is coming from the gears in your transmission, NOT from the flywheel)

New Product - Exclusive to MFactory

We are proud to announce our new XClutch 9" Single Disc Clutches (inc. SMFW) are now in stock and ready to ship for both 6-bolt and 8-bolt:

9" Single Disc Sprung Organic @ 450ft/lbs - MSRP $1295.00 + shipping
9" Single Disc Sprung Ceramic @ 680ft/lbs - MSRP $1395.00 + shipping

Unlike the old SPEC 2+/3+ kits which used oem covers (i.e stamped steel), these new Single Disc XClutch Kits use the same precision machined billet covers from the Twin Discs, and we have managed to work the pricing to be competitive with the old SPEC kits.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! :)

What has the overall consensus been on this clutch? I don't think I've seen an actual negative review yet.

My twin disc organic xclutch is going strong and holds up to anything I throw at it, I dont abuse it as it is organic but holds all the power I throw at it.

Had it put down 128mph at the drag strip but its a street clutch so you have to treat it accordingly so no launches or flat changes.

Everyone thats has been in my car loves how smooth and quiet it is.

Between 600 to 700nm or so, our dynos read very differently to dyno jet so its an estimate.

On ours it reads 530nm

We got ours yesterday for the sequential car. Our Spec had about 200 miles on it, and all the rivets fell out of it making it a 6 disc clutch. We won't be going back to spec. We got the 9" Twin rigid Ceramic. We will report back how it works.
