Hi

I have a Z4 35i and that model is not easy to get to the fuel pump. Now the car is lifted up because I am doing some things this winter. And I have bought a BPM4 control module for the fuel pumps and a pression raceworks cover for the fuel tank with 6 bar regulator. Originally there is 5 bar. I have driven with a 525 pump in the tank but now that it is all separated I would like to prepare the Lpfp system to be able to handle about 800 hp. Right now I am driving with pure Di and a small 600 hp.

What fuel pumps do you others run for your 800 hp setup? I myself am thinking of continuing to drive with my 525 pump and also just adding a 535. Or is it enough to just add a 450? I have one like that lying around.

I'm thinking of all of you with very tuned 1 and 3 series Can help me šŸ˜Š

a 525 and a 450 is plenty! If you do a 535, that needs to be your main pump and the 525 your secondary. Are you on full e85?
Okay. I just read that the 450 Max Can do 87 psi/6 bar so it will run on Max since my regulator is 6bar. No not E85 in now but can fill it in Sweden which is 1 hour drive from where I live in Denmark

For a single 450 maybe, depending on your setup, but that would only be run on top of the 535 so those two together should push a good amount of fuel.

For info if others could use it I have chosen to go with a 535 and a full flow check valve on the feed hose. also my current 525 as a second. since I now go from 5 bar to 6 bar the flow rate will drop a lot from 101 gph to 89 gph for a 525 and a 535 can deliver 107 gph at 6 bar so even if I raise the fuel pressure I get a bit more flow with a 535. also I throw a 525 in the tank to future proof if I want to run E85 and mount a pi. throwing in some pictures when I have made my 2 pump setup since it is not just in a Z4
