Ignition harness

Can anybody tell me what this small box in ignition harness is? One end leads to secondary grand, the other to +12

Its some kind of capacitor or resistor to smooth out and protect the coils or injectors or both from voltage spikes or something along those lines.

Look at the part number on it and do a search.

Solved. Is it 100V 0.1uF capacitor.
