Grabbed this from the @EOSpeed Facebook Page:

Preliminary testing of our new v2 manifold vs stock manifold on an upgraded single turbo n54. We haven't even turned up the boost yet, or begun any tuning and already seeing 25whp gains in the upper range! Stay tuned for more data once we turn on the DI meth! All pump gas and meth through the charge pipe for now! #evolutionofspeed#n54 #boltonsdowork #cesmotorsport

They come in black or clear anodized:

Looks like the power has been shifted from 5250 onward. If we are able to rev out to 7700-7800+ safely, we might have even more reason to hang out in the upper RPMs now.

Exciting to see this, should be a huge help for single turbo guys looking for the most of the upper range.

I'm looking forward to a dyno on a stock N54, FBO stock turbo, and after tuning. You don't need to show dynos without tuning, it is fair to expect users need to tune to see results. Otherwise I could safely say there isn't a single turbo swap that gains any power on these cars compared to stock turbos.

Wonder if they've put this intake mani on a flow bench, and compared it to the stock IM to get a delta...

Who did this testing? The manifold looks a lot like the original with top mount injectors. Terry, and ourselves tested it back to back against stock, and it didn't change anything. Unless the car is literally left on the dyno for back to back testing, its very hard to quantify gains or losses. Many variables will change poised output from one dyno session to another. Would def like to add the V2 to our list of test subjects for the intake manifold test study we will do. EOS, let us know if you want to send us one. Fab Factory is sending us one, so is BKC. So the line up will be, stock, EOS V1, Fab Factory, Doc Race, BKC, and hopefully EOS V2.

We will be doing a full write up including weight of each, ease of install, etc

Oh here we go again, someone saying dyno results aren't valid. Fine, your turbos don't gain any power over stock. Prove me wrong.

Tony, they are not the same manifold, we have actually changed up the flow pattern quite a bit. The idea behind the V1 manifold was to optimize ease of install, while offering a mild power gain. The V1 manifold was also shipped with stock in the end runner for you to match to your cylinder head for max gain.(did you do this?) The V1 performed just as well as stock and we stand by our product. In the V2 manifold, we re used some of our original ideas as the V1 manifold, but changed up the flow pattern to maximize hp gains and trq gains in the higher rpm ranges, and already CNC ported the end of the runners for maximum flow. If you want to test a manifold you would need to contact us directly [email protected] Here is a picture of the bottom side of the manifold. As for dyno testing we actually have a few places it is being tested, but for the N54 version you can clearly see in the title block that it was at CES Motorsport. To answer your question yes it was a back to back test, no tuning no adjustments of any kind. It was on pump with meth in the charge pipe. We have not even used the DI meth yet, because we wanted to make it an exact apples to apples comparison.

Thas's what you got from my post. LOL, simply asked. Who did the testing. As two of the biggest vendors on the platform BOTH did independent testing against the stock manifold, and found no gains. I still run it on our car currently. Congrats on being the first spool street troll

Thats pretty much what I was getting at, if you guys changed it up, then its possible to see gains, but honestly, I can't see 22WHP. I tested the the doc race manifold which has a huge plenum, and long runners, forward facing, completely different floe pattern over stock back to back with stock manifold. Even a manifold with that much of a flow pattern difference, did not shift the power curve right or left, and power gains were minimal. Not saying it didn't happen, we just do a lot of testing, and found at least with a stock head, intake manifold changes show little to no difference in power or tq curve. I think they should start showing themselves more useful on a fully ported head, which is why we will be taking the time to test everythng back to back

The motor it was tested on is 100% stock except for the single turbo kit, so yes it did make these gains as compared to the stock manifold. Once we have all the data compiled we will give a more detailed post. We are also testing on other platforms, and it is doing really well. There is no special voodoo here, the manifold was optimized for maximum flow and that is what it does.

Of all the manifolds we currently have, your guys is on the car, so that says a lot of what I think about it. Its a nice piece, I'm just looking at this through personal experience, not trying to bash at all. The new manifold looks awesome

This coming from the same guy who said his air to air intercooler cooled charge temps to below ambient. And you're calling EOS the troll?

This is a cast manifold just CNC finishing the outers correct? Does it have stacks or just a filleted entrance into the runners?
