E92 soon to be zf8hp intro

Hey all, don't know if anyone even looks at intro posts but here is where my car is at currently and my short term goals (very short, motors out already!) for my E92.

As of now its a pretty typical mhd stage 2 car. ics suspension, m3 contr... yada yada. but i spun a rod last year and the cars been sitting while i determine what to do. the car so long because my thought process was as such:

Ok spun a bearing->replace bearing->Oh its bad definitely need a crank too->welp motors coming out->oh the clutch has been slipping might as well get that while im in there->damn a clutch and flywheel is HOW much?->been wanting this ZF8HP70 for a while->well now i gotta cut the driveshaft->oh might as well do the diff swap at the same time then->god damn this is expensive->just dont think about it for 10 months.

But now its time to start!

Build List:
RB GF's high flow (are the outlets required? it says youll need to fab your own but idk see why my nonflange 2" outlets wouldnt work)
Manley coated stock compression pistons
Molnar H beam rods
Turner motorsport WPC treated rod bearings
ACL coated mains
Ferrea valve and spring kit
Fuel-it port injection with stage 2 pump upgrade
ZF8HP70 with n55 TC (has anyone run the n57 one? 0-60 did but i havent heard a review on it, though lamik does not recommend)
TurboLamik TCU
Clutch by wire
trans brake
M3 diff/axles

CBW and Trans brake are just for fun, cars going to see track time but no drifting or drag. Goal is 650WHP for now, might swap out for JE 9.5 pistons and go single turbo down the road.
