Boost Leak? Bad solenoid?

my 335 is FBO, upgraded hybrids, LPFP, all the goodies. I have recently been tuning my car myself, and has went well so far. However, it flatlines at 10-12 psi. At first I thought it was my tune and should adjust the WGDC Base, however, this was not the issue. I then flashed it back to stage 2+ of the shelf MHD map. On my custom tune and the OTS, I was getting 30FF, underboost. Obviously, first thing I checked was a boost leak. However, there was none. In October, It was hitting solid 20.2 psi (this was before I got upgraded TMAP). Now, again, I'm only getting max 13. My suspicion is maybe a bad wastegate solenoid? I can attach any video or picture if that might help.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, look like missing boost. Hard to pinpoint a cause, but when you see it stick at a certain pressure like that it is usually a loose hose clamp or leaking diverter.

One a turbo charged car it pays to have the charge system fully up to scratch. Any boost leak is power lost so even if you don't have any problems it's a good idea to refresh the vacuum lines and fit new solenoids.

Then you need to go around and check all the common leak points like the chargepipe and intercooler connections. The diverter valves can leak, so you could fit some Forge replacement ones if you still can't find the problem.
