Bogging in 2nd gear at WOT like traction control is on

So I've got this issue in 2nd gear at WOT where the car will bog down through peak torque but then jump back up in the higher rpms. Feels really similar to traction control, but doing so when traction control is turned off in Sport+ mode. I've attached a data log but am by no means a pro at diagnosing. Curious if anyone sees anything that stands out as a problem?

You have traction control active in that log.

To turn traction control off you need to hold the DSC button down for 3 seconds. Sport+ just puts traction control into a less intrusive mode but it's still there.

When the engine cuts off, do you see any blinking mil at the dash? If the icon of a car doing curves lights on, you have traction control on like carabuser said.

Never seen a single blinking light related to loss of traction on the cluster

It is possible to mess up the traction control in the tune. The load values in your tune are miles off so that doesn't help.
