Hello N54 community,
i need help. I cant fix my Car. E90 335i N54 2006 71457 miles, MHD Stage 0.
My E90 has on Cold Starts a very rough idle and i get always the same error 29CC 29CD 29CF 29CE. And then it goes to limp mod.
Catless Downpipes, Chargepipe, big Intercooler and Catch Can kit for low side are installed.

Whats already done: Injectors all index12, High Preasure Pump, Valve Cover, Vanos solenoid, LPFP Sensor, both pre cat lamdas, Coils NGK, Bosch/NGK spark plugs, vacuum hoses all changed to silikon and both boost solenoids.

What i noticed is when i switched back from my stage 2 LPFP to my stock pump is the plug for the vacuum hose was not pluged in. But i think this was not the issue. When the car gets hoter it drives fine without any Problems.

I hope somebody can help me. I am so frustrated with this car. :(

Yes i coded the injectors with Protool. But i will look again if it is realy right.

I already soldered my MSD80 with new fresh mosfets from the MSD81. The old mosfets were also in good condition. But i soldered only 6 mosfets like in the Picture. What about the other six? Thank you

This might be a stupid question, but did you source those mosfets from same source? I have seen misfires happen and these codes pop up if all 6 of the mosfets are not exactly the same when replacing them.

All six mosfets which i soldered are the same. But i dont think its a Problem with the MSD80. Because my cold start Problem was already before i soldered the new ones. And my old mosfets were also fine.

What i noticed is after the cold start when the flaps are closing the idle is better than before.

What are your STFT like? Is the shorter log (14:11) with the colder engine and longer log (03:18) with warmer/hot engine? If this is the case then maybe its the O2 sensors? Bank 1 AFR is oscillating more than Bank 2 AFR in the shorter log. Then in the longer log assuming engine is warm or hot bank 1 and 2 AFR behave similar. However in the beginning of the longer log you are running very lean.

What brand pre-cat lamba did you use? Are you using OEM bosch or non OEM NGK spark plugs? You don't need anything other than bosch OEM spark plugs until you go bigger turbo.

Yes first one is colder engine and second warmer engine. I already changed both pre cat o2 sensors with brand new Bosch and one after cat also Bosch. Yes i have NGK sparkplugs. I can try my old Bosch sparkplugs. I changed bec i thought it could be spark plugs.
