30ff after o2 sensor install

I just replaced my pre-cat bank 1 & 2 o2 sensors, reset adaptations and went to log.
Soon as I hit WOT got a half engine light and 30ff.
Prior to this I have never had a 30ff
I didn't mess with anything else on the car other

Could a loose o2 sensor (not properly torqued) cause a 30ff?

Nope, that won't have any effect on intake pressure

Damn, I was hoping it would be something as easy as a loose o2.
The search begins then I guess.
When I logged it was building literally 0 boost under WOT.
Is there anything specific I should be looking at first?
