New here, found this forum searching for 8hp info. I just had 19t tuned to 640whp @ 26psi on E85, but my Trans wasn't up to it. So when my rod bearings got replaced my turbos weren't in the best shape so I switch to 17t. Plenty for this older 5 series. I'm wanting to go with a 8hp70x in my e60 but haven't found the right transmission yet. I don't think there is a drop in solution that I have found yet. I don't see any N55s with that Trans. Just 30d ect. I'm looking to jump into this before I go get my car tuned on the 17ts so I can get the Trans tuned at the same time. I excited to dig through all the info I'm here. I also just installed Tuner pro. I used to do a little street tuning on Subarus way back from around 2005-2008. Nothing big though. Now that I found out about Tuner pro I'll be sure to data log often. As for my car it's well set up for twins. I do run a bigger fuel system with 2 big lpfps and the second one is on a Hobbs switch at 15 psi. 3.5 bar tpms as well. Looking forward to this community
