Black 135 with Parachute @TX2k19?

Was on TRC and saw a black 135 possibly single turbo with a chute,tried to find it on web but no info.Anyone have info on that car.not sure if i can post links but its the video on youtube from TRC showing red Evo,at the beginning it shows the 135 doing a burnout.
